Last night was Micah and Samuel's first game of the season! It was cold and rainy...but that seems to be the weather of choice these days.:) It's so fun to have both boys on the same team...and fun to see them work together.
Samuel did a great job...even making it to home plate twice! It's evident to all that this is his first time playing...but his smile and desire to do his best is just as evident and, in so doing, he endeared himself to many of the parents. I think he may just have his own fan club!:)
Micah is showing us more and more what a great "big brother" he is. His kind words of instruction to Samuel during the game really blessed my momma's heart. He played 3rd base for all 6 innings and, though he may still be smaller than his friends, he has a mighty good arm!:)
We are excited to enter the world of "peanuts and cracker jacks" and be rooting for our boys and their teammates here in Hood River!
