The Christian life is all about devotion...
It's swimming in the ocean of God's love, climbing onto the raft of Jesus's rest, and being propelled along this journey of life through the Spirit's power.
We love because He first loved us....the depth of the Father's love for us is truly unmeasurable!
We rest because Jesus worked, suffered, bled and died on our behalf.
And we work, in the power of the Holy Spirit, because we are compelled by so sweet a rest, so great a love!
What God commands, Jesus effects, and the Spirit enables.
